Due to the nature of our products being imported from outside the country, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on customer preference after an order has been confirmed.
However, we are fully committed to customer satisfaction and accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
If an incorrect item was sent.
If the product has a manufacturing defect.
If an incorrect size was sent due to an error on our side.
Terms & Conditions:
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Once the item is inspected and the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be processed depending on the case.
Requests for return or exchange will not be accepted outside of the cases listed above.
